Masterpiece Otto Link Double Ring tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece, “marinated”-personal

For sale is one of my personal pieces that I used professionally on and off for perhaps a decade.  This is a piece I got originally as a new old stock 6 facing untouched.  I’ve done several revisions of this facing ending up at .101 tip size.  It is one of the best mouthpieces I have touched and played over the years, but I am letting this go.

It has a classic woody Otto Link complexity.  It’s got enough bright but it is not a buzzy mouthpiece, more of a very balanced tone.  It has a darker core, with just enough highlights for warmth and presence.  The baffle is not shy, it is a pretty good sized roll over but subtly don e so not so visible in the photos.  This piece is really a pro type of vintage sound, perfectly for a real gig situation.  I want someone to have this who can really appreciate it.  It is absolutely top shelf.  Compared to the general FL Links I would say this is a bit more flexible, warmer, smoother, and more free blowing to list a few.
