1964 calling here, MK VI #119xxx in cream puff condition. All original lacquer and USA engraving, all original pads and resonators. It had one dent under the thumbhook from shipping, and there are two posts that have very tiny dimples, but that’s all there is. Pearls are sharp, neck has the matching number and is in A-1 condition as well.
-And this horn PLAYS, like a champ, on original old dried pads from 1964 too. The tone is smokey on the bottom, and centered, focused and crisp in the middle and top, and ringing everywhere. This is how a MK VI is supposed to feel, phenomenal for hard bop-ballads-to funky & punchy. This is one of the great ones.
